How the cost of fast food compares to grocery items. This is a "know." You could say, "The short and long-term economic implications of consistently eating fast food or cooking similar items at home.
How and why fast food items can be transformed into healthier versions. This is a "know." You could say, "The benefits to preparing your own foods at home rather than relying on fast food items to make up your diet."
